Thank you for choosing Milamalu. We pour our hearts into designing beautiful, functional digital tools to bring joy to your everyday life. Please read our policy regarding digital purchases, refunds, and usage rights carefully.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the digital, instantly downloadable nature of our products, cancellations, returns, or refunds are not possible once a transaction has been completed.
1. Why We Do Not Offer Refunds
Unlike physical goods, a digital file cannot be “returned” once it has been downloaded to your device. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that you are purchasing a digital, intangible product.
We highly recommend reading the product descriptions carefully, checking the app compatibility (applications, gadgets, and operational systems), and contacting us with any questions before making your purchase, at contact@milamalu.com.
2. How to Download Your Digital Items
Once your payment is confirmed, your files will be available to download instantly. You can access your digital items in two ways:
- Via Email: You will receive a receipt email from Milamalu.com with a direct link to download your files. Please check your spam or junk inbox if you do not see it within a few minutes.
- Via Your Account: If you created an account during checkout, you can log in to Milamalu.com at any time, go to your Account > Downloads, and access your purchased files there.
3. Personal Use License Only
Every product sold at Milamalu is protected by copyright and is intended strictly for PERSONAL USE ONLY.
By purchasing our digital planners, stickers, or templates, you agree that you will not:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the digital files with others (even for free).
- Alter, edit, or extract elements from our designs to create new derivative works for sale.
- Use the products for commercial purposes or client work.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
While we do not offer refunds, your satisfaction is incredibly important to us. If you experience a technical issue with your file (e.g., a corrupted download link or a file that will not open), please reach out to us immediately. We will work with you to ensure you receive a working copy of the product you purchased.
